Enbridge Gas is currently reaching out to homeowners who do not have a post-retrofit assessment booked or completed via email and direct mail communication. Please ensure that you carefully review your spam or junk email folders for any missed communications about your application. Program participants who fail to respond to communications from Enbridge Gas may see their file closed.

Given the high demand for the program and the number of households that have participated, we have successfully filled all available spots earlier than expected with regard to the joint funding between Enbridge Gas and the Canada Greener 永利皇宫s Grant.

If you encounter any issues or concerns regarding any of the authorized retrofits, 升级或改进 implemented as part of the 家居节能优惠 (HER+) program, or any issues or concerns regarding the contractor you have hired to implement any such authorized retrofits, 升级或改进, 您必须直接与承包商解决此类问题或顾虑. Those who responded saying they are no longer interested or did not respond have been opted-out and will no longer be eligible for rebates through the 家居节能优惠 program.
- Any Canada Greener 永利皇宫s Grant applicant that was notified they have been removed from the Canada Greener 永利皇宫s Grant program through the Natural Resources Canada portal due to inactivity is not eligible to transfer to HER+. These applicants would have received communication directly from Natural Resources Canada and are no longer able to reactivate their application in the Greener 永利皇宫s Portal or transfer to HER+ program as a result.
